Glamour photography
Set in a superb location in north Leeds, you’ll have the opportunity to explore and practice some of the key skills associated with the creation of Boudoir and Glamour images in a lovely, private outdoor setting.

The structure for your day
09:30. Introductions – get to know the group & the models
09:45. Outline of day – what are delegate’s aims for the day? – Models
and photographers
10:00 What is Boudoir/Glamour (examples and group suggestions)
10:30 Key photographic elements for achieving the styles
(lighting, props, angles, model direction)
11:00 Garden layout and examples – Tour of garden with
discussion of example shots in context
11:30 Practical session 1 – Boudoir – 3 photographers to 1 model
13:00 Review of images from session 1 – feedback and
group discussion, including model comments.
(A working lunch will be provided)
14:00 Practical session 2 – Glamour- 3 photographers to 1 model
15:30 Review of images from session 2 – feedback and
group discussion, including model comments

The workshop will be delivered by Mike Lester, an experienced photographer and trainer. The emphasis will be on practical work with our models, supported by examples and peer review.
You will have time to discuss technical and artistic aspects of your shoot; Mike will be on hand througout all the sessions to provide support and guidance and to coach you through your work. In addition, it is hoped that you’ll actively participate in working with each other to support and encourage creativity and learning.
Our models will offer a range of lingerie for both boudoir and glamour. We will also feature a ‘Bridal’ boudoir option to add a different dimension to your Wedding portfolio.
