Covid 19 Arrangements:
I take your safety, and mine, very seriously and have been working hard to ensure that I comply with the government guidance and HSE requirements. As a result, I will be implementing a series of changes to all my workshops which will, I hope, continue to allow you to learn and enjoy the session whilst maintaining Social Distancing and protecting yourself and others.
I want you to enjoy your workshop and to remain safe. Please help me achieve this by following the guidance below:
Important information for your visit to the studio
Travel
• As with other shops and offices, please only attend the workshop if you are well. If you feel unwell, have a persistent cough or raised temperature, or have been in contact with someone with Covid 19, please stay at home.
• Please avoid public transport if possible and use alternatives to travel to the studio.
Arrival:
• As you arrive on site, please park to the right of the building alongside the windows which have blackout covering.
• Remain in your car until asked to enter.
Entering the building:
• Please enter the building through the double doors at the side of the building. Do not use the main entrance.
• Only enter when advised to do so.
• Use the sanitiser provided to clean your hands prior to entry
• If you have a face covering, please bring one with you. Disposable face coverings will also be available.
• Seating: all seating is arranged to ensure social distancing is maintained. You will be directed to your individual seat.
• Please maintain Social Distancing at all times – use the floor markings to judge your distance.
Equipment:
• You will be provided with a ‘Flash Trigger’ for use in the studio which will be on your seat. Instructions on how to use will given during the session. You should leave the trigger on your seat at the end of the session.
• Please do not share equipment.
Demonstrations:
• Please remain seated throughout demonstrations of techniques.
• I hope to have a live feed from my camera to support the demonstration.
Practical exercises:
• The studio layout has been changed to allow you to move from the seating area to the shooting area one at a time.
• A ‘One Way’ system is in place to allow you to move back to your seat whilst maintain Social Distancing.
• Please only enter the ‘shooting area’ when asked to do so.
• Full instructions on how to use the ‘One Way’ system will be given in the session.

Refreshments:
• To avoid any possibility of cross contamination, refreshments will not be provided.
• Please only bring bottled water with you if essential to do so.
• Please ensure that you take any used or empty bottles with you at the end of the session
Toilets:
• The toilets are within communal areas of the building and are therefore not to be used unless it is absolutely essential.
• If used, please ensure that you follow guidance on hand washing and use sanitiser upon re-entering the studio. See attachment
Personal Hygiene:
• Regularly wash hands or use sanitiser as outlined in the attached guidance.
• Avoid touching eyes, nose, mouth and unwashed hands,
• cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, and throw it away in a bin and wash your hands.
Acceptable Behaviour:
• All visitors to the studio are expected to show respect to the model and to one another.
• Inappropriate comments, lewd behaviour and bad language will not be tolerated.
